Welcome campaign, terms and conditions

1. The campaign
1.1The Nirvana Labs welcome campaign runs from 22 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 and comprises three offers: $250 in new-account credit, discounted annual rates, and the referral programme.
1.2The signup credit and the annual rates end on 31 October 2026. The referral programme is ongoing and has no end date.
1.3The campaign is operated by Nirvana Labs ("we", "us").
1.4Credit is promotional. It has no cash value, is not transferable, assignable or refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. The $250 signup credit
2.1Available to any company opening its first Nirvana Labs account between 22 September 2026 and 31 October 2026.
2.2One credit per company. Companies sharing a payment method, billing entity, parent company or domain are treated as one company.
2.3A valid payment method must be on file before the credit activates.
2.4The credit applies to your invoices and covers them in full until it is used up.
2.5The credit expires 90 days after your account is created. Unused credit is not refunded, extended or carried over.
2.6Credit applies to Nirvana Labs service charges only: compute, storage, managed Kubernetes and agent sandboxes. It does not apply to taxes, third-party or marketplace charges, professional services, or separately purchased support.
3. Annual rates
3.1Paid twelve months up front, you pay for nine. Billed monthly on a twelve-month commitment, billing stops after month ten.
3.2Available on commitments entered into on or before 31 October 2026.
3.3The commitment runs for twelve months from the start date and is not cancellable for convenience.
3.4Where a promotional rate replaces the standing annual discount, the better of the two applies, not both.
4. Referrals
4.1The referral programme is ongoing and governed by its own terms, published on the referral page.
4.2A referred company receives $250 as soon as its account is running with a payment method on file, in addition to any new-account credit it qualifies for. A company referred during the campaign therefore receives $500 in total.
4.3The referring account receives $250 once the referred company has been an active account with a payment method on file for three consecutive months.
4.4A qualifying workload is: an account has created a VM or agent sandbox and run it for at least one continuous hour, or written at least 1 GB to Accelerated Block Storage.
5. Your obligations
5.1You must not open multiple accounts to obtain credit more than once.
5.2You must not use credit for cryptocurrency mining, for resale of Nirvana Labs capacity, or for anything prohibited by the Nirvana Labs Acceptable Use Policy.
5.3Information you give us must be accurate, and you must tell us if it changes materially before credit is applied.
6. Withdrawal and changes
6.1We may withdraw unused credit, and reverse credit already applied, where information given to us was inaccurate or misleading, eligibility was not met, multiple accounts were used to claim credit more than once, or these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy were breached.
6.2Where credit is reversed, the charges it had offset become payable on your next invoice.
6.3We may change or end the campaign, or change these terms, at any time. Credit already applied to your account is not affected by a later change, except under clause 6.1.
7. Tax and general
7.1Credit is applied before tax. You remain responsible for tax on the discounted amount.
7.2The campaign is void where prohibited and is not available to companies or individuals subject to applicable sanctions or export controls.
7.3These terms sit alongside the Nirvana Labs Terms of Service. Where the two conflict on the subject of campaign credit, these terms apply.
